the hotel facilities are very good.. i especially liked the gym. the pool was lovely. the rooms were amazing, they were very big. the bed was comfortable.
the room service dining options are very limited, a little disappointing after a long day.

The hotel is very clean and modern. It is easy to access the freeway from this location. My room was spacious, and bedding was comfortable. The hotel has a luxury feel.
My sparkling water ordered with dinner did not arrive. There were very limited room service dining options. I filled out the breakfast card as instructed and hung it on the door, but breakfast never arrived.

The staff at the hotel are friendly. They were able to facilitate an earlier than anticipated check-in to my room. All the staff I encountered were lovely and helpful.
